CHAPTER SWEETHEART MAKES INTERNATIONAL 2011 SWEETHEART FINALIST

CHAPTER SWEETHEART

MAKES INTERNATIONAL 2011 SWEETHEART FINALIST

Kasie Forman
Tau-Psi (Univ. of West Florida)
CEO & Founder of Kasie Helpz Kidz
Major: Accounting 3.3 GPA

Kasie is the CEO & Founder of Kasie Helpz Kidz, a non-profit aimed at helping the children and families whom are affected by life-threatening illnesses. She is also a counselor at Miracle Camp, Rock Camp, and Imus Ranch (all camps for kids with cancer). A cancer survivor, Kasie’s multitude of volunteer activities is complemented by her ambition to help as many children as possible with severe ailments.  She seeks a degree in accounting to further pursue and expand her impact with Kasie Helpz Kidz.

“After being diagnosed with cancer, I founded my non-profit and the men of Tau-Psi stepped up to help every step of the way. They have helped in planning and organizing events, and have always found time to entertain the kids I work with. The men here and around the TKE Nation help all in need and I find this commendable.”

Board Welcomes Frater Kyle Blowers as New Legal Advisor to the BOT

----------------------------------------------------------------

Fraters,

Welcome and I appreciate your joining our group. Thanks in advance for sharing this link with those alumni you are in constant communication with. The goal is to make this a site for all of us to link together, not only to reconnect with those Fraters we went to school with but those younger and older alumni we didn’t. We have also created a Facebook group and a LinkedIn page to facilitate this reconnection, so please take advantage of that. In addition, this site will be a vehicle for those willing to become actively involved with our local chapter and create opportunities for those willing to provide a stronger resource/network to the men of Tau-Psi in both time and treasure.

Special thanks also goes out to current Prytanis and his officer team for their leadership and willingness to make reconnecting a focus of his administration this spring and fall. I would encourage all of you to find him on Facebook and add him. These men have kept our legacy alive and as they owe us for joining TKE, so do we owe them for keeping TKE strong on the campus of West Florida. The chapter is truly committed to improving their relationship with us "old guys," and I am hoping that we can also commit to being a resource for them over the years to come.

Happy New Year – let’s make 2012 one to remember.

Yours in the Bond,

Ethan Stubbs TΨ #23

Vice Chairman, BOT

Hey brothers, its Chip from Tau Psi chapter. We are wanting to send some brothers to a Regional Leadership Conference in Jacksonville in Febuary. This is a great opportunity for our chapter to improve the quality of leadership, learn more about ritual, learn effective chapter management skills and improve rush techniques. This conference is going to be a great benefit to all the brothers who attend. There will be members of TKE from schools all over the south and members of the Grand Counsil… Continue
